Performing Arts

Performing arts are not simply about entertainment. It's an embodied form of learning, where students discover that knowledge lives in gesture, movement, and voice. Through theater, dance, and music performance, students learn to communicate beyond words and to collaborate in real time, attuning themselves to others in ways that require trust and vulnerability. We live in a world increasingly mediated by screens and digital interaction. Thus, there is inherent value in learning to be fully present in physical space, to take creative risks in front of others, and to understand that our bodies carry meaning.
